Parmjit Singh

Parmjit Singh is a Partner at K&S Holdings and has been a prominent real estate investor for 20 years. He has been involved in 40 real estate transactions across Virginia, primarily within the retail sector. Parmjit’s current portfolio includes 18 gas stations and a retail strip center. Before transitioning into real estate, Parmjit served as a civil engineer in India. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Punjab University in 1981 and spent nine years as a Civil Engineer for the Government of Punjab.

Sunil Kapoor

Sunil Kapoor is a Partner at K&S Holdings with two decades of experience as an active real estate investor. He has been involved in over 40 transactions throughout Virginia, focusing heavily on the retail market. Currently, Sunil holds 18 gas stations and a retail strip center; he is also a franchise holder of three Brow Art locations in Pittsburgh and New Jersey. Before entering the real estate industry, Sunil served as a travel agent for Lufthansa in India and later worked at a travel agency in New York City. He graduated from Delhi University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Ramandeep Singh

Ramandeep Singh is a Partner at K&S Holdings. Over the past three years, Ramandeep has been an active investor in the Virginia real estate market, acquiring more than six properties. In 2023, he co-founded K&S Holdings with an emphasis on value-add investment opportunities. Ramandeep earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Virginia Commonwealth University. He continued his education at VCU, where he also earned an M.S. in Information Systems. His prior professional experience includes roles in regional banking and as a real estate agent for eXp Realty.

Rahil Kapoor

Rahil Kapoor is a Partner at K&S Holdings. An active real estate investor for three years, Rahil has been involved in the acquisition of over six sites throughout Virginia. Alongside his partners, he co-founded K&S Holdings in 2023 with a strategic focus on value-add investments. Rahil graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce, specializing in Finance with a track in Real Estate. His professional background includes experience at both a wealth management firm and a tax and accounting firm in Richmond.
